We look forward to seeing you at our first full on Ayurveda 101 workshop led by Taruja Borker. It’s going to be an interactive and informative one. All are welcome, especially if you’re new to it! We are offering it as a hybrid version - i.e an online and in-person option.

Teaching yoga is a practice in itself. I’ve created two self-paced offerings for teachers who want to refine their sequencing and reconnect with yoga philosophy—without rushing or overwhelm. Explore them anytime, at your own pace.
