As noted in our previous newsletter, we have a special yoga Sadhana challenge for the month of September. It is not too late to join! Please see details below.

In an effort to motivate us even more, Brittany is teaching this upcoming Friday’s Power Flow class!

Our Friday classes are meant to help you break a little sweat, breathe, and flow into the weekend. Knowing Brittany, she will likely add an inversion or two ;)

It is not too late to join our September Sadhana challenge!

Special note from Aparna

Dear community,

I am set to start my maternity leave at the end of September. I am extremely grateful to have had the support of you all throughout my pregnancy. I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching during this time! It has kept me active & mobile. I will be taking a short break from teaching and shall return early December timeframe for my Friday & Sunday classes.

In the meantime, I am leaving you in the very capable hands of Yerri (who will be teaching my Sunday Hatha classes). I will also make an introduction here shortly, to the new teacher who will be helping cover my Friday classes.

In my absence, I do hope you will continue to practice, show your support for us at Triangle Shala and welcome the new teachers with warmth.

This small, but mighty community is very special for many reasons. I am very fortunate to be part of your yoga practice.
