Every Saturday from 12:15–1:30 pm, powerhouse instructor Lucie leads a dynamic, breath-connected practice that meets you where you are — whether you’re brand new or a seasoned practitioner.
Ashtanga Vinyasa is more than just movement. It’s a flowing meditation, where breath guides you from pose to pose, building strength, flexibility, and focus. Lucie’s encouraging approach helps you do your best, without pressure, while still challenging you to grow.
