Welcome to Summery July!

We hope you are having a fantastic summer with lots of sunshine, water, swimming pools & cooling drinks and hydration as well!

Did you know: With all the outdoor activities one takes up during the summer: i.e hikes, swimming, cycling - yoga is an excellent complement to it all!

With all the fun and relaxation that summer brings, we hope you continue to practice yoga.

Please see our updated weekly schedule. We are in the midst of some scheduling changes - look out for a new virtual addition in in the Fall on Monday mornings! We will share updates as soon as it’s all finalized.

A refreshing recipe for those hot Summer days

A virtual back bending workshop - coming in August! Taught by our teacher, Anjali from India - join us from the comfort of your home as we learn the basics of backbends, warm up properly & progressively deepen our backbends over 7 days. All levels are welcome!
