Rooted in the Winds of Change
As the leaves turn and the air cools, we enter Vata season — a time of movement and change. This month, our practice focuses on grounding, balance, and breath to steady body and mind.
Practice Focus:
Vrksasana (Tree Pose), Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold), and longer exhalations to calm and center.
Seasonal Tip:
Slow down. In a season that encourages doing more, yoga reminds us to do less—but with presence.
