Ready to take your practice to new levels? Join us for an arm balances & inversion workshop where we will learn the foundational steps & warm-ups to be able to attempt bakasana (crow), sirsasana (headstand), & pincha mayurasana (forearm stand). All levels of yoga practitioners welcome!

A Special Split-focused Class! Hanumanasana
