Schedule Update: Ashtanga Vinyasa Moves to Saturday Afternoons!

Starting June 7th Weekend!

We’re making a small shift to better serve your weekend rhythms! Starting June 7th, our Ashtanga Vinyasa class will move from Sunday mornings at 10:45 am to Saturday afternoons, 12:15 – 1:30 pm.

This change is designed to give you more flexibility and offer a welcoming space for those who prefer to roll out their mats a little later in the day. Whether you're not an early bird or just enjoy a slower Sunday, we hope this new time opens up fresh energy and possibility in your practice.

What to Expect

  • 75-minute class on the primary series of Ashtanga
    Hands on adjustments & guidance by our wonderful teacher Lucie
    Positive encouragement and supportive environment where we will meet you where you’re at.

Also, as we have a reduced schedule for Memorial Day weekend, we are offering an additional class on Monday May 26th!
