As summer fades and fall stirs, this season invites grounding and steady support. In yoga and Ayurveda, autumn’s Vata energy brings movement and creativity, but can also feel unsteady. This month, we’ll focus on rooting deeply, softening into change, and finding steadiness within transition.

Ayurveda Tip:

  • Sip warm spiced teas (ginger, cinnamon, fennel)

  • Keep simple routines for steadiness

  • Enjoy grounding meals with root vegetables and warm stews

Explore foundational alignment, breath work, heart-opening flows, and restorative postures to support your nervous system

Oct 12, Sun 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM

Our well-attended Sanskrit workshop from May is back! This time, we will explore not only pronunciation, but will also study a few of the yoga sutras as outlined in Patanjali’s yoga sutras and learn to chant them.
