The Number #1 Thing my Students say after Class

This never gets old

A post-class moment that never gets old

Over the years of teaching yoga, there’s one thing I hear after class more than anything else.

It’s not “great playlist” or “killer core section.”

It’s this—
said softly… with a sigh… as someone rolls up their mat, or when they walk out and make eye contact with me..

I really needed that

Not always loud.
Not always direct.
But always real.

It’s my favorite feedback—because it tells me the class gave them something deeper.
Maybe it helped them exhale for the first time all day or week.
Maybe it gave them space to feel.
Or maybe… it gave them what they didn’t know they needed.

And that’s really all I need, to validate why I teach.

I’ve spent years refining the way I sequence yoga classes—not just by poses, but by intention, by studying ancient traditions, by energetic rhythm, and by studying with master yoga teachers.

And lately, I’ve been thinking:
What if more yoga teachers could create this kind of experience?

So I’ve been quietly building something for teachers who want to teach yoga that goes beyond fitness
Classes that land. Classes that are felt beyond the yoga room.

I have a sneak peek of what is to come with 3 free thoughtfully crafted yoga sequences - this is part of the bigger picture of what it is to come. I hope you’ll find these useful.

With warmth,
Aparna
