Welcome to our August Newsletter
Friends, we extend a warm invitation to you to come & embrace yoga in our small & welcoming studio. We are so excited to add more classes and teachers to our offerings! Our passionate instructors are dedicated to sharing this ancient practice with sincerity and emphasis on supporting you.

Please welcome our newest member to our teaching community, Amitha Shetty!

Amitha runs a home studio in Morrisville, North Carolina and also teaches at the YMCA. She is a certified yoga instructor and therapist & a personal trainer. Her classes emphasize the importance of breathing, awareness & the connection to our deeper selves. We are fortunate to have Amitha join us. She’ll be teaching a Monday morning yoga class - what better than easing into your week than with yoga?
Free Yoga at the Cary West Regional Library

Public libraries are a treasure to our communities and we support them wholeheartedly thanks to all they do for us. Studying is a big part of yoga practice! So come on by, do some movement & then sit back and gain some gyan (knowledge) at the library!
Virtual Yoga Class Weekly on Saturdays (New!)
You asked, we answered. We are so fortunate to have Anjali Sharma (a young, but very accomplished yoga teacher) join us from India to lead a class that happens on Saturdays at 11 AM via Zoom. Anjali’s positive energy, encouragement and teaching style will bring out the inner tapas in you for yoga. Come breathe, sweat & take some time out for yourself from the comfort of your home.
Pranayama - Hybrid - Weekly on Saturdays

Pranayama, the ancient yogic practice of breath control, offers a myriad of benefits for both the mind and body. Through guided instruction, students can cultivate a deeper awareness of their breath, improving lung capacity and oxygenation, leading to enhanced physical stamina and mental clarity. Moreover, this supportive setting fosters a sense of community, encouraging individuals to explore and embrace their unique journey towards overall well-being and inner peace
