Welcome November all!
As the days get shorter and colder, let’s create warmth from the within through the practice of yoga. One of the ways one can do this, is through Tapas.
In the world of yoga philosophy, Tapas is the 4th Niyama (internal observance) of yoga. Tapas, which translates to "discipline" or "heat," is a fundamental concept that holds great significance in our yoga journey. It's about cultivating the inner fire, the burning desire within us to grow, transform, and evolve. Tapas teaches us to embrace discipline and self-control on and off the mat. It's that unwavering commitment to your practice, even when it gets tough. Through Tapas, we stoke the flames of dedication, channeling our energy towards self-improvement, and ultimately, finding our true selves. Although some translate Tapas as austerities, we can still find joy in the process. How do you incorporate Tapas into your yoga practice and life?
We hope you’ll kindle this inner fire with us this November through a slew of classes & offerings that we have upcoming!
We are back to offering free classes weekly at the Cary Regional Library this November!

We’ve heard you and have added a weekly mid-week virtual class. It’s free this upcoming Wednesday (11/08)

Our monthly pop-up warm yoga flow class is back!

We can’t think of a better way for you to start off your Sunday than with the soothing sounds of the sitar while practicing yoga.

Let’s gather, be grateful for all that we have & practice together in a special post-Thanksgiving class. All proceeds from class will be donated to the Food Bank of NC.

We cannot wait to continue to enjoy the season of Autumn with you all. Your support of our small space means everything and we deeply appreciate any word-of-mouth -good-word spreading of our space. Thank you!
