A survey about potentially adding to our schedule
🧘♀️ Weekday Virtual Yoga — Quick Interest Check
Dear community,
We have heard your feedback for more of our dear Yerri’s classes and are aiming to add to the schedule!
We’re exploring a couple of weekday virtual yoga options and would love your honest input before we add anything to the schedule.
Our goal is to offer classes that truly fit into real lives—work, family, energy levels, and all.
Here are the two ideas we’re considering:
5-day Morning Meditation Workshop | 7:00 am - 8:00 am (Virtual)
Taught by Yerri
A special 5-day morning meditation workshop (Mon-Fri). We will try this one time, and then potentially bring it around periodically throughout the year.
Monday or Tuesday Evening | 5:45–6:45 pm (Virtual)
Taught by Yerri
A supportive practice to help you transition out of the workday and into your evening.
Before we move forward, we want to know:
👉 Would you realistically attend either of these classes/workshops?
We’ve created a very short (1-minute) interest check so we can make a thoughtful, community-informed decision.
If there’s enough interest, we’ll launch the weekday evening class as a 4-week pilot and see how they feel for everyone involved.
Thank you, as always, for helping us shape Triangle Shala in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and real.
With gratitude,
Triangle Shala Yoga Studio
Quick reminder on special classes upcoming in January & February:
Sun, Jan 18th - We will have a one-time 75 minute Ashtanga Vinyasa ½ Primary series Led class taught by guest teacher Andrew - if you have been curious about Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, this would be a great one to come check out (This class will happen during our normal Sunday morning Hatha yoga).
Sun, Feb 1st - Our popular Sanskrit workshop is back! Yoga is more than movement—it is a path of self-inquiry and understanding. This special class explores the Sādhana Pāda through breath, gentle preparation, chanting, and reflection, weaving in svādhyāya and elements of jñāna yoga to deepen practice beyond āsana. Class packs apply!
