All Saturday & Sunday Classes Moving Virtual for this Weekend due to Weather!

Dear Shala Community,

With the winter storm expected this weekend, we’re prioritizing everyone’s safety and warmth. All Saturday and Sunday classes will be held virtually on Zoom. 

Here’s what’s happening:

🧘‍♀️ Virtual Class Schedule

• Saturday 9:00 AM – Foundations

• Saturday 10:00 AM – Hatha (already virtual)

• Sunday 9:30 AM – Hatha

If you plan to join us, please be sure to sign up as usual so you can access the Zoom link. If you have already signed up, you will receive an email 30 minutes prior to class starting.

Zoom Link Details (Important!)

• Zoom links are sent 30 minutes before class to your email

• To receive the automated email, please sign up at least 2 hours before class

• If you sign up closer to class time, you can still join—just follow the steps below

How to Access Zoom via Momoyoga (If You Don’t See the Email)

As you know, Momoyoga sends an automated email 30 minutes before class with log-in instructions. If you sign up after that window, the email won’t be sent. In rare cases, email providers may also send Momoyoga emails to your spam folder.

No worries—your Zoom link is always available in Momoyoga.

To access it:

1. Log into Momoyoga about 30 minutes before class

2. Click the title of the class you’re booked into

3. In the pop-up window, click “Go to online class”

You’ll be taken straight into Zoom
