This is a hidden gem of a class. I get it, oftentimes we think - hmm it’s virtual - how can it be as engaging as an in-person yoga class? I promise you - this is not your typical virtual class where you’re doing yoga or a workout haphazardly. Anjali is wonderfully engaging, gives individual guidance to each of us (even though you’re in a group) & we all leave class feeling like we were there with her in-person & live (and sweaty).

Special Pop-Up - Hips & Hamstrings Deep Dive
May 26th, Monday - 11 am - 12 pm
We received great feedback on the last time we did this (our Journey to Splits special pop-up) so bringing this back again with an emphasis on deepening, strengthening hips & hamstrings!
What to Expect:
A workshop-style flow focused on hips, hamstrings, and flexibility
Targeted strengthening drills to support deep flexibility safely
A mix of dynamic movement and longer holds
Shoulder-opening work and bind exploration to prep for Bird of Paradise & Compass pose.
Breath-centered movement to stay grounded and present
Support for all levels—whether you're working toward or refining these shapes
